Kickoff
Once you approve, we sign the agreement, you pay the 50% deposit, and I start immediately.
Build
Weekly progress updates in writing. Live demo environment you can play with anytime.
Delivery
Final review, deploy to your infrastructure (or mine), documentation and handover.
Support
First 30 days of bug fixes on me. Ongoing maintenance available as a retainer.

How does the process start?
Send me a message with your project details. I'll reply within 24 hours and we'll schedule a 30-minute discovery call. Everything before you commit is free.
Do you sign NDAs and contracts?
Yes, absolutely. I sign NDAs before any technical discussion if needed. Every project gets a written agreement covering scope, timeline, IP ownership, and payment terms.
Do you work remotely only?
Yes, I work fully remote. I'm comfortable with async communication (email, Slack, Notion) and weekly sync calls. I've worked with clients across 10+ time zones.
What tech stack do you use?
My main stack is .NET 8 + Nuxt 3 + TypeScript + PostgreSQL/SQLite. I've also worked extensively with Node.js, React, Docker, and various cloud providers. If you have an existing stack I'll work within it.
What if the project takes longer than expected?
Fixed-price projects stay at the agreed price — the risk is on me, not you. If scope genuinely changes, we renegotiate transparently. This is one of the reasons I don't take on more projects than I can handle.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. After delivery, the first 30 days of bug fixes are free. After that, I offer monthly retainers starting at $500 for small sites and scaling up based on system complexity.
